They are called the nation’s ‘backbone’
But ever we cared for their heart’s tone?
They are the providers of prosperity,
But prosperity seldom resides at their home.
They are devoted to a job most honest,
They are creators with efforts so earnest.
They sow the seeds and wait for the harvest,
They fight and stay amidst any tempest.
They evade comforts but live in concord,
They hail nature and never live in discord
They never set goals, but always sweat in toil
They nurture and culture to yield gold from the soil.
They are the providers of food and grains,
We are the seekers to quell our hunger.
We live with machines, so itself tough and tacit,
We hear and feel only our sighs and sobs.
They never look upon us for help and hospitality,
We never look at them with gratitude and humanity.
They are gracious like God, as they offer voluntarily,
They are indeed nation’s backbone, but ever broken
They the life givers, left to fate with their life at stake
The plans and helps in papers never reach their doors
Many mediators loot even their profitless income,
Why leave them to get strangled by negative forces?
They with nothing to clinch on, end up in graves
Problems so grave, yet solutions who will search out?
Persons in power with amassed wealth, as always plunder,
But they who provide for our health, why always dwindle?

agree with you….the ‘providers’ never really reap the benefits of government schemes.
