The couple left alone to start the new life

Signed the bond to love and live together

It is an oath to stay glued in odds

A treaty formed between two hearts

Hearts stuffed with hopes and sweet dreams

An intense unison of two craving bodies

As days dance by they fall in deep love

Joys shared and sorrows wiped

They learn to think ‘We’, where ‘I’ fades

A unique blend of love and desire

Mutual understanding and adjustments

Cements its foundation strong and stable

Fights occur but cooled in compromise

Just an index to the happiness that follows

Pleasure it breeds but sometimes turns bitter

Dreams shattered and hopes hollowed

Life become hellish and meaningless
